• The BTU ratings for those models are different. As indicated in the title for the LG - 340 Sq. Ft. 8,200 BTU Window Air Conditioner, Model # LW8019, it has a BTU rating of 8,200 BTU so it covers a room of about 320 square feet. They also use different refrigerants. The LW8019ER uses R32 refrigerant and has a Dry Air Flow (CFM) of 280 and has dehumidifies 2.2 pints per hour. The LG 6,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner, Model # LW6019ER on the other hand covers a room of 260 square feet, uses R410A refrigerant, has a CFM of 195, and dehumidifies 1.8 pints per hour...^IFV
