Questionventless/stackable?Is this dryer ventless and is it stackable?

- Answer It is ventless and stackable. The drawer on the dryer (top left corner of control panel) collects steam/water and you must empty it between each dryer cycle. You will need to buy a stacking kit (the hardware) to bolt them together to stack. See attached picture of them stacked.

- Answer Not sure of the wattage have had this unit for over 2 years haven't seen any increase in electric bill... But sure will dry your clothes fast!

QuestionAccessible controls.Stacking the dryer atop the shelf over the washer make the controls inaccessible without a step stool. Any way to remedy that? If not, is there an alternative ventless dryer with controls below the drum or can it be mounted upside down?

- Answer Unfortunately no. The control panel cannot be moved. Your options are to get a step stool, which I have (5'2" female, who uses a step stool for every cupboard in my kitchen) or do not stack the units at all. I don't know about other dryers. I doubt there are any with a movable control panel or one that's located on the bottom. You'd have to do more research on that.

- Answer You will need a 220 volt connection for the Electric Dryer. If you need a 3or 4 prong connection depends on how old your house is. You could talk to an Appliance associate at the closest Best Buy store near you and he will be able to let you know what you need. I hope this answers your Question.

- Answer This is a ventless dryer. I would give the unit at least 2 inches for drain and plug clearance if your outlet is located directly behind the unit.

- Answer The stacking kit comes with the dryer. No additional purchase necessary. Be careful, when you add the washer and dryer to your cart (online or in store by a sales associate) it automatically adds the 27" stacking kit. This is NOT necessary. This is also a 24" unit.

- Answer The door is brushed nickle with a chrome outer ring. The matching washer unit is WM1355HW. Keep in mind these are compact units. So it may match in color, but not in size with your washer if it is a traditional sized washer.

- Answer Most residential circuits can be wired either 125 or 220 volts depending on the appliance's need. Most dryers operate at 220 volts, and need a circuit wired accordingly, by a trained and licensed electrician.
