- Answer It does have a delicate cycle and it last for 57 minutes. Keep in mind most of this time is spin, this machine get the water out of the clothes to decrease dry time.

- Answer It's an agitator, so it depends on how sturdy your mats are. Although, you can adjust how strong you want it to clean. I would not place foam mats in it but if they're made from slim cloth material, they will be ok, even if they have the rubber backing so long as the backing is pliable.
