Is this washer noisy ? null

Only if it is unbalanced. Then the spin cycle can get a bit noisy It seems to correct that along the way. It is pretty darn quiet otherwise!

You could hear the water entering the tub with a hissing noise but while washing it is average

The washer is noisy when it is filling and a little noisy when in the spin cycle.
