Q: QuestionHow far does the door open? If straight out that would be 90 degrees. If more, how much more. Since this doesn't reverse, I'm hoping it opens close to 180 degrees so I can walk past the open door in our tight laundry room.

Q: QuestionHow do you determine the amount of liquid detergent to add? My previous front-load would 'sense' and light 1-4 bars to show the load size and I would add liquid HE detergent accordingly. The pictures doe not show similar bars so how do you know?

• A:Answer If the 2016 ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient LG 4.5 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with Steam and TurboWash in Black Stainless Steel, Model # WM4370HKA has been installed on a floor that is strong and rigid enough to support the weight of the washer when fully loaded without flexing or bouncing, it should not vibrate. You also need to make sure that it is properly leveled and that the leveling feet are not raised unnecessarily high as that will cause the machine to vibrate. Use of drip pans and failure to properly level the machine may result in increased vibration and noise during operation. If a drip pan must be used, take extra care to follow the instructions provided with the drip pan and make sure the leveling feet are adjusted for firm and even contact with the pan. It is also recommended not to wash waterproof or water resistant clothes as those may also cause abnormal vibrations or may cause the load to bounce which could damage the tub or result in property damage.
