If you receive a damaged product from Best Buy, you can initiate a return through the self-service options in your order history on BestBuy.com. Best Buy has a replacement policy in place to arrange for a replacement during your return and exchange time period. However, Best Buy only accepts returns for manufacturer defects. Most products sold by Best Buy can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered. If your purchase from Best Buy (excludes Marketplace Sellers) is returned to a Best Buy store, they can arrange for a replacement.
