Hi, This feature is not compatible with Macbook products that do not support Thunderbolt (2015 - 2017) or all iPad products.This has thunderbolts 4, 5K Daisy Chain. Here's the manual for connectivity https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-40WP95C-W.AUS. ^Vanessa
