• If your PC has HDMI out, you should be able to use this TV.

• Yes you can use your television as a Pc monitor i am currently doing so now via hdmi cable and the response time is very good. And the picture is nice. Also you can hook your cable in as well.

• Hi ffuturebright. The LG 42" Class (41.9" Diagonal) 1080p LED TV, Model # 42LF5600 can be connected to a PC via the HDMI port and used as a monitor, however, your PC has to have an HDMI Output port to achieve this. Watching both TV and being able to use the TV as a monitor would then just be a matter of switching the input sources...^IFV
