Hi Dave. The size for the bolts that will fit into the back of the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 1080p Smart LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43LH570A are usually given as a metric size, M? x L?. The "M" means Metric and gives the diameter in millimeters of the screw and the "L" is the length in millimeters. The diameter for the screws that will fit into your TV are "M6" but the length you need will vary depending on how thick your Wall Mount is.If you are getting a new Wall Mount that is VESA Compliant, it will come with the necessary hardware for mounting it and the screws will have the right length. If you are looking to replace lost or misplaced screws for an older mount, the shortest length would probably be the M6 x L14 but if you got one that was too long, you could also use spacers to make them fit...^IFV
