• No its not a smart remote but I went on Amazon and bought a lg magic remote which you also need the wireless Bluetooth dangle to make it work.

• its a basic looking remote, i actually am kind of liking it, the buttons have a nice press to them, but no it is not a smart remote and it isn't compatible with the lg smart mouse remotes either.. :(
