Unplug the air conditioner and move it to a drain location or outdoors. 2. Remove the drain cap from the bottom outlet and let the water drain out. 3. Once drained, clean the tank with mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners. 4. Rinse the tank with clean water to remove any soap residue. 5.
