A:Answer The technology has improved a lot with burn in. Recent tests show that you typically have to display bright static images all day for about a year and a half to notice it. The problem colors seem to be red and yellow, but because the extended warranty covers unlimited replacements, it's still the best value you can get. In 10-15 years we can all move on to micro led screens and not have to worry, but for now this is the best we have.
