• Hmmm that's weird. Mine has 3. You should check again, or perhaps you're looking at the wrong product.

• It depends on where you bought the TV. Some LG TV's were made with 2 HDMI ports for specific stores. I looked at some from Target and Best Buy the only difference was target had 2 HDMI's and the one at Best Buy had 3 HDMI's. So I went with Best Buy.
