- Answer There is a button underneath the LG logo that you can use to turn the tv off and on and adjust the volume. It's much easier to use the supplied remote though.

QuestionWhich HDMI port supports ARC? The specs page states that this tv (LG - 49" Class (49" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - HDTV Model: 49LJ510M) supports HDMI ARC, but the ports don't label which port supports it, and the manual doesn't mention it.

- Answer The LG Full HD 1080p LED TV - 49" Class (48.5" Diag), Model # 49LJ510M, has 2 x HDMI ports on it neither of which support HDMI ARC functionality. If you click on the 5th thumbnail image under the main image of the TV, you can view the ports on the back of the TV and neither one is an HDMI ARC port...^IFV

QuestionI can't seem to connect my LG G Pad 8.0 to this via micro usb. It works perfectly with the type c connector from my S8 to usb. Any suggestions? I don't have wifi. Can't seem to use Miracast either.

- Answer No worries mate. Buy a 3x splitter, hook up one split directly to your cable box audio out, one split to your dvd player audio out and one to your video game or other aux component. Then take the video out cable (yellow/green) and reverse split/join all three components video out cables into one cable for the video in on the tv. All splitters, joiners and cables are available and cheap on that one website named after a jungle.
