“Is there a way to shorten or lower the spin cycle? The "low " setting for the spin cycle is too hard on the clothes-especially delicates. Since there isn't an extra low spin setting ,is there a way to shorten the spin cycle?”

There is a specific setting for "delicates". I have used it with no damage to the clothing during the spin or any other cycle.
