A:AnswerHello there. Thank you for your inquiry about the WM6500HWA model. While the WM6500HWA offers various cycle options for different load sizes and types, it typically does not have a cycle as short as 5 or 10 minutes specifically for very small loads like one or two clothes. However, you can use the Quick Wash cycle on this model, which is designed to efficiently clean smaller loads in a shorter amount of time compared to regular cycles.

A:AnswerHi there! Thank you for your question regarding the door hinge on your WM6500HWA washer. Unfortunately, the door on this model is not designed to be reversible, meaning it cannot be changed to open from the opposite direction with the hinge on the right side. We understand that this may not be ideal for all laundry room layouts.

A:AnswerWe apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing with your new LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and TurboWash 360 in Black Steel. model WM6700HBA . To ensure the TurboWash 360 feature is working optimally, please consider the following troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm Water Pressure: Check if the water pressure in your home meets the minimum requirements for the washer. Low water pressure can affect the performance of the TurboWash feature.
- Select TurboWash Cycle: Ensure that you're selecting a wash cycle that includes TurboWash. Not all cycles may have TurboWash enabled by default. Refer to the user manual or cycle guide for details on which cycles utilize TurboWash.
- Check Water Inlet Filters: Inspect the water inlet filters located on the back of the washer. If they are clogged or blocked, it can restrict water flow and impact the performance of the jets. Clean or remove any debris if necessary.

A:Answermy wife is also on the petite side... 5'6. we actually got the pedestals so that we could make them higher. She has no issues even with the extra height, AND it's easier to move things from the washer to the dryer because you don't need to get on your knees or bend over to get things out.
A:AnswerHello there. Washer and dryer pedestals are generally 10 to 16 inches tall. Features like the brand of pedestal, a storage drawer or separate washing function affect its height. Check out our laundry sizing guide for more tips on how to find the right size washer, dryer and pedestals for your laundry room. ^Jai.
A:AnswerHi, The end of the drain hose should be located a minimum of 24" (61 cm) and a maximum of 96"
(244 cm) above the bottom of the washer. ^Vanessa
