“I have my SK9Y connected to my LG TV via the bluetooth LG Sound Sync option. Does the Dolby Atmos work in that form or does need to be connected via HDMI?”

• Have to use the HDMI ARC. And use a 4K cable to get the experience

• I would recommend HDMI 2.2 cable to improve audio frequency range, less chance of interference from other Bluetooth/ wireless sources.

• Dolby Atmos only works over HDMI. You can not use Atmos if connecting via Bluetooth or Optical input.

• Dolby atmos works through HDMI ARC and movies should be DOLBY ATMOS, If not you wont experience true DOLBY ATMOS!
