Most people don’t realize the sound you listen is actually data, codes sent from the device, in this case PS5. If content is not decoded properly, distance between sound bar and surround receiver too long or blocked. Sound bar settings are not suitable for the content, verify some of those options. I’m pretty sure this sound bars are designed to work great with LG. TV. Send sound to TV and let the TV decode it and send it to the speakers.
