QuestionWhat can be done so the rear speakers don’t sound muffled when playing on a ps5?

- Answer Most people don’t realize the sound you listen is actually data, codes sent from the device, in this case PS5. If content is not decoded properly, distance between sound bar and surround receiver too long or blocked. Sound bar settings are not suitable for the content, verify some of those options. I’m pretty sure this sound bars are designed to work great with LG. TV. Send sound to TV and let the TV decode it and send it to the speakers.

- Answer I checked the cords before I used them. They are all similar cords as far as what they are coded for. LG did a horrible job at labeling the components.

QuestionIs there a way to separate the tv/phone volume from the sound bar I had a previous sound bar and you could raise the volume of the sound bar without changing the tv/phone volume or the other way around like raising the tv/phone volume.

- Answer Yes it will work. The soundbar will work with any TV that it can be plugged into, but LG TV's have the option of "Sound Bar Mode Control" which essentially lets you adjust the EQ of the soundbar through your TV instead of through the soundbar. If you want to verify this, you should be able to see the "Mode Control" option in your TV's Advanced Sound Settings.

- Answer I have the same model Sony, only at 77", and connected solely via HDMI cable. Be sure your cable is new, as I tried to use an older cable, which allowed video but not audio from the soundbar.
