QuestionIf I have an LG S75 speaker system in one room, and another in an adjacent room, will the wireless components (subwoofer and receiver) pair to the correct sound bar in each room? How do I ensure correct pairing occurs?

- Answer Hi, great question! You'd go through the pairing process for each one separately. You would pair one set of speakers, with all of its wireless components first. QuestionWhat causes my sound volume to all of a sudden decrease in volume without using my remote? I have to turn off my sound bar and turn it back on to get the sound volume back to the original volume. Then a short while later it drops again.

- Answer Hey there, Will. The LED on the unit turns off if no key is input for 20 seconds. Press and hold AUTO POWER ON button for about 2 seconds to turn on Auto LED Off function (Default : ON). ~Anthony

QuestionWill this work properly with a LG75NANO75UQA tv?

- Answer Yes. Use an eArc HDMI connection.....not all hdmi cords support eArc....and go through the TV control sound settings to choose HDMI eArc as the sound option on the TV . Be sure and download the " LG soundbar" app to phone or tablet and use that to update firmware and control soundbar settings.

- Answer Yes. The system is 3 independent electric plug ins that communicate wirelessly. The soundbar, the woofer and the rear speakers/receiver can be placed in different areas as long as each has an electric plug.

QuestionAnyway to increase the volume coming from the rear speakers? Mines are really low, have to stand next to the rear speakers to hear anything.

QuestionIf hooking this unit up to a Samsung TV which is operated with a Breezeline Cable remote, will that remote turn on an off the entire system or is a separate remote needed for the sound system?

- Answer I have a vizio tv which has a setting in the audio menu to select surround sound as your audio source so when the tv is turned on the surround sound automatically comes on too. I would look in your tv’s menu for a similar setting. My tv remote controls the volume for the surround sound as well. However, if I want to change surround sound settings i.e. subwoofer volume or sound profile from cinema to music I have to use the surround sound remote for that.

- Answer Probably have a minimal effect. Rear speakers are only used if the source you are using enables them.

QuestionI have a late 1990s early 2000s surround sound system in my basement wired into a projector. The sound keeps fading so assuming it’s my receiver going bad. Bought this on sale to see if I can somehow tie in my 6 wire speakers on the wall. Advice?

- Answer The Subwoofer for the LG LG S75QR 5.1.2 ch High Res Audio Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos and Surround Speakers is an 'active subwoofer'. If your Vizio TV is a Bluetooth-enabled TV, you can pair it via Bluetooth with the soundbar and if it has an HDMI ARC port or an Optical Digital Audio Output, you can connect it to the HDMI ARC port or to the Optical Digital Audio Input on the Soundbar...^Ivan

QuestionI have this paired with a B2 OLED. I love them both, but sometimes some sound is missing. Background music or voices usually. Restarting everything seems to resolve it until the next time. Any suggestions? It is connected by E-ARC.

- Answer Hello there Dirk. Thanks for reaching out. You may want to check the E-ARC cable. Unplug from both ends and inspect both ports. Inspect each end of the E-ARC cable. IF nothing appears out the ordinary. Then plug the E-ARC cable back in to each port. If the same issue happens again. You need to replace the E-ARC cable. `Jai.
