Yes you can use pods however will have to throw in with the clothes as the soap dispenser does not completely dissolve the pod.

Yes, they make He specific pods and that's all I use. The He specific pods don't later as much as normal detergent.

You can use pods, you just have to put them directly into the wash tub with your clothes.
