QuestionCan you please give some example of cycle time lengths? I.e. Steam Cycle/Normal, Prewash/Normal, Steam Cycle/Sanitary, Towels, Allergiene, Speed Wash, etc.? I read one review that mentioned long cycle times, but LG touts short cycle times.

- Answer I wanted to wash a medium load of towels in very hot water, and I also selected the steam feature. The washer took 3 hrs and 40 minutes to complete and the water was barely warm. These machines do not operate as they are advertised and are not worth even half of what they cost. Mine is going back. If you select the extra water feature, so that all of the clothes will at least be wet, it will add cold water, so there goes ant hot water you might have had. These washers are not so Smart.

- Answer I wouldn't wash any bath mats with rubber backings. I had to replace two pumps on my old washing machine due to rubber particles getting clogged in the pump.

QuestionIf the washer door is open vertically, how far is it from the open door to the back of the machine? I have a cabinet above my washer area so I am trying to determine if it would have clearance to open in front of the cabinet.

- Answer No, if you do not select the extra water feature the top of clothes will not even be wet more than halfway through the wash cycle. The extra water added from the Extra water feature will also be cold, so if you desire a hot wash water, forget it. Returning mine.

QuestionI use the extra hot water setting for towels and throughout most of the 2 hours there is no movement, so how are they supposed to get clean?? I think they should at least be moving around to get clean.

- Answer The washer spends more time sitting there doing nothing than washing. Ridiculous way of duping the public into inferior products. Never again. Mine did not even give me a hot wash because it added cold water to the hot. Over 3 hours to wash one load.

QuestionIs this normal to make this much noise during the drain cycles?

- Answer I too have noticed the pump our our new WT7600HWA washer runs for the entire spin cycle. It is noisey and seems it could be cycled on and off later in the spin cycle sparing noise and wear and tear on the pump. I have PMd the LG Facebook page about this.

- Answer I went to Facebook and asked why my brand new washer was squeaking as directed. I said that a LG repairman was coming for the third visit and this is their reply: Unfortunately we are not technicians and would not be able to diagnose the issue you are experiencing. If the technician needs assistance with diagnosing the unit he will contact our tech support team for a second opinion. Just wondering how many visits it will take to fix my brand new washing machine. There is a problem with this model The repairman came today for the third time and replaced the clutch assembly and it is still happening.

QuestionIs installation and removal of the old washing machine included in the purchase price?

- Answer Installation is included in the price. Hauling away the old washer was $15, totally worth the price. And I learned an awesome trick from the installer. The easiest way to slide the old washer across a tile floor is to spray Windex on the floor first. It glided across the floor like it was on ice.

QuestionHas anybody had the problem with the bottom wash plate getting discolored I've had mine for a couple weeks and it's discolored and I don't use toxic chemicals in my washer at all I don't use Clorox or anything like that, please advise, thanks!

- Answer There are so many different configurations of how long the loads could be but the shortest load could be an hour and 20 minutes . You can also push the function hire water level to submerge clothes in water . I had a front loader and never cleaned my clothes love this top loader .

QuestionWhen washing clothes we select several special options: Water Plus, Extra Rinse and Fabric Softener. All three options light up but after a few minutes the Water Plus button appears to turn off as the light goes off. Has anyone else had this problem?

QuestionHow good is this at getting out heavy dirt, I'm a farmer and I have tried 3 washers None of them even pretreating getts the cloths clean they come out just as dirty as they went in.

- Answer You need one that has an agitator in it. This one doesn't. I am talking about the tall ones that came in the old machines.
