A:Answer Says on the machine that all rinses are "cold". As you may have noticed, for the washing temp selection there is "tap cold" and "cold". I would assume that "cold" would be warmer than "tap cold," and the machine would add a little hot water to warm up the rinse water, possibly making your clothes feel not as cold as you'd expect?
Depending on how warm the clothes are when finished rinsing, is it possible that you've got the hot and cold supply hoses reversed for the machine? Also, have you noticed a difference between a Turbo rinse vs. a Fabric Softener rinse? I'd try a Fabric Softener rinse, and pause the machine after filling, and open and feel how cold the incoming water really is.
