Q: QuestionMy washer stopped and lid can’t be opened, it can’t be turned on as well. I already unplug and plug it but it is still not working.

• A:Answer There is NOT a soaking option. I’ve had to try different things with pausing the machine to be able to soak. Regardless of what the LG customer service person said, there is NO SOAK OPTION on this model. If I had known that, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. And you cannot download a soak optio.

Q: QuestionHow to change the water temp in the pre-programmed wash cycles? All pre-programmed cycles use WARM water. How can that be changed to cool water? Changing in the app & sending to washer says can only change cloud cycles. Why? How to fix? LG WT8400CW model
