Is there a soaking option ? null

There is NOT a soaking option. I’ve had to try different things with pausing the machine to be able to soak. Regardless of what the LG customer service person said, there is NO SOAK OPTION on this model. If I had known that, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. And you cannot download a soak optio.

Avril, if LG is "here to help," why didn't you just include the instructions with your reply? This is the answer that I got from the chatbot at @LGUSSupport: To soak clothes: (1) Load clothes loosely into the tub - do not overfill. (2) Add detergent or stain remover directly into the tub with the clothes. (3) Select Normal or Deep Wash cycle depending on the soil level. (4) To add more water for soaking, enable Deep Fill so the washer adds extra water. (5) For an extended soak, pause after the tub fills and let garments sit inside for 15-30 minutes, then resume cycle.
