“I would like to raise my washer machine higher. Is that possible? When washed a big load the bottom grinds on the drain pan. Just received my washer today.”

• Hello Sally1111. Regrettably, the leveling legs on the Energy Star Qualified LG 5.5 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Top-Loading Washer with TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7800CW are mainly for leveling the washer and will not raise the washer by any appreciable amount. You also do not want to raise the leveling legs unnecessarily as that would cause the machine to vibrate and make extreme noise. The proper type of drain pan to use with this washer is one in which the washer can sit in. The washer has a width and depth of 27" x 28 3/8" so you can use those dimensions to find an appropriately sized drip pan...^IFV
