The specifications nor owner's manual state a water usage in gallons per load. Washers with a capacity above 5 cubic feet use an average of 20.5 gallons of water per load. This is a high-efficiency washer, and the water levels may be much lower. This is normal, and cleaning/rinsing performance will not be compromised. ^Daphane
