If it were my washer I would definitely try u tube to see if the model and make of the washer is on there and maybe there is an easy fix? I would try the u tube first then if you don't get anywhere with that then call someone to repair it or call the store you bought it from and see if they have had anyone else with the same issue. They maybe able to help you free of charge or here again maybe its an easy fix and they could walk you through it or suggest someone to work on it. Good luck and I hope this was kind of helpful.

Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7800CW will require some disassembly of the unit so depending on your skill level or if you have experience doing this sort of repair, you may or may not be able to do it yourself, other wise you will need to have an authorized LG technician or LG authorized Service Center do it...^IFV
