To properly clean the cooktop, it’s essential to follow the right procedure to ensure safety and avoid any damage. To begin cleaning, please do not remove the top of the unit. Instead, follow these steps: Turn off and unplug the range to ensure safety before cleaning. Remove the grates and burner caps. These can be easily lifted off for cleaning. Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm, soapy water to clean the surface of the cooktop. For stubborn stains, you may want to use a cooktop cleaner that is suitable for stainless steel or gas ranges. For any grease or residue around the burners, you can wipe with a damp cloth. Be sure to dry thoroughly after cleaning.
