- Answer Might be in Demo mode. Go through your settings and see if you can find the option to switch to home mode. You can always use the reset to factory option. Check the General menu Hope that helos

- Answer Yes, but depending on what you stream the fire stick isn’t needed. Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu come installed, as do a lot of other services.
