• It works fine with my Apple airpods. I assume it will work with any Bluetooth headphones.

• It is my understanding and after trying to use mine, have concluded that the bluetooth is designed to be connected to LG brand stereo speakers. It is limited to 2 channels and specifically asks which speakers you are using when trying to set it up. I think the Apple headphones might have worked through the AirPlay app/setting. I don't own or use an Apple products so I couldn't test that out.
