“Installation for Jalousie Window + Insect Net I have 3 sets of 5-panel window jalousie, with 3 sets of insect net. I'm wondering if the vent can be installed for this type of window? Also, I live in a very high humidity area (at least 80% humidity level), would the product work as it should? Also, if the vent can be installed, would the vent be able to point downwards as to not collect rain water? Thanks!”

You can run this unit in high humidity and to alleviate the need to be constantly emptying the internal water collection tank, you can remove the drain cap and exhaust from the back of the unit and insert a drain hose that has an inner diameter of 11/16" (18 mm) into the drain port and place the open end of the drain hose in a suitable drain location or outside. You may still need to empty the water tank since you're in a very high humid environment...^IFV
