i bought this ac 2 weeks ago. it works well, cools off my living room and it isnt as loud as the aeros smart ac i have for my bedroom. wifi was easy to setup love being able to turn it on from work. all in its a good ac but pricey mabe look around for a cheaper smart ac. but if u have the money id recommend it.

This LG Air Conditioning Unit is an excellent supplement to other units in those awkward, one off rooms and small spaces. From unboxing to first power-up takes roughly an hour. There is a good amount of foam to help seal the unit in your windows (I personally had a somewhat large casement window). I had more than enough to accomplish securing the window bracket. As for the operation of the unit itself, be prepared for two things: an increase in your energy bill and the typical air conditioner running noise. It is just as loud as a Window unit. Now, Operationally: I was nearing the maximum Square Footage for the room I was using, the air conditioner was cooling and dehumidifying the room well enough. I was sad that the unit doesn't have an automatic temperature control; however, the Energy Efficient mode does well; and if you configure the device into your home Wifi, you can control the unit by your mobile device on the go! I think it met my needs and then some.

I do like this product, it does what it says it would. I can't help but wonder if purchasing 2 6000 btu units would do what I wanted better... if I wanted my apartment chilled Id haver to roll this to every room I want to cool OR I can buy the cheaper 2 unit direction and have the rooms cool as soon as I walk in. Buy 2 smaller units? Pro- great for summer Con- storage for the winter time... 2 bulky units Keep this unit? Pro- it does cool efficiently Con- moving it to the rooms you want to chill, reinstalling it to vent the hot air in a window. You make the call... I just spent $100 to buy a smaller unit and I'll keep this as well...

Very pleased with our purchase. Unit works well, cools well and has good features. Really like the WiFi capability even though I didn't think I would. Energy Saving feature is good. Some noise but not bad. Would recommend and buy again if needed.

Machine cools really well. Easy to install. A little noisy for a bedroom.

i did a lot of research before buying the portable air conditioner. This is nice looking unit and works great. Not as noisy as the other portable AC's. Wifi function is handy and AC build quality is really good.

Product is very good for the price, it does make some noise but like any other air conditioner. It cools down my large high ceiling living room in less than 10 minutes but has to stay on all the time, It never idles down when room seems to be cool.

Very glad I bought this before summer started. Cools the whole living room down very nicely when it is hot and miserable outside. Before this item the house was very hot, now hot days are non issue. Best of all, electric bill was increased only $20 after a month of use. I would say that is very efficient.

Very easy to setup, simple to use, very quiet and smooth running. Compact size for BTU output, efficient and very high quality in design and craftsmanship.

This unit really puts out the cold air, and I love the remote control it's easy to read.

Great for an apartment that doesn't have an A/C. 800 square feet and it's just around the corner down the hall that doesn't get super cold. Bill went from 50 to 150 during this last summer month with all day every day use. Guessing about 75% of that is directly from the unit and the rest is from being home all day and other electricity use? Not sure, but maybe those numbers can give you an idea of what to expect.

Set up was fast and easy, it cooled our Family room down fast .

This a/c unit is great. I bought it for my room that gets really hot, but with this a/c it's cold in 5 minutes :-)

Very satisfied with performance of the portable air conditioner. We now have two and they are both excellent. Best feature is the internal heating coils which emit most of the water in the form of mist. This prevents water running down the side of the building.

I like the new indoor air conditioners with the heating coils that emit mist versus water dripping down the outside wall. It produces a small amount of water in the tray. Great improvement over putting the whole air conditioner in a window.

We live in a 4 story town home and this portable AC unit has exceeded our expectations!

Good product. Quiet. Love the remote. Easy to install.

This is my first LG product. It's working good and cooling the room fast. I like it.

Does what it says for extremely small area works awesome
