LG has 1500 motion rate while Samsung 1200.
Color wise LG! (for me)
Both are good Smart Tv`s, I like the refresh higher cause I like gaming and action bluray films, besides the higher the better!
LG uses ips panel, they also provide panels for Sony and some leading Tv manufacturer! (Before its Samsung)
Both have amazing picture quality!
Samsung has better apps!
