Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you set up the directions/installation info for the TV? Our son set ours up & all works good. Keep your TV plugged in all the time, maybe that is your problem since you say when you plug in the TV. Ours is always plugged in & we use the remote to turn on & off. If not sure, maybe call out the GEEK squad for help.
