Nice size television for the price. Look around for a few months before purchasing. Had a few reserves. Didn't know much about the Roku, but feel in love. Yes, it cost, but you get free trials. Have your cell phone handy while setting up roku. About a 15 minute set up process and I did the T.V. set up and roku both in that time. 55" for this price, wonderful deal. Cant really get any better, besides black Friday, which its $50 bucks cheaper, but for the headache of Black Friday, im happy I waited. The remote is cheap, but does the job wonderfully. Easy to operate. The picture quality isn't the 4K, but its nice. A little dark. But overall, great.

This is my first smart tv and LG purchase. I enjoy the streaming Services and channels provided with the Roku system. The remote is small But It's easy and simple to use; my three year old has already figured out how to work the remote. The 55inch fits perfectly in my living room. So far I am satisfied with this purchase. Not to mention I purchased this tv while On sale at $499. Great deal for a great product!

I love this tv I have owned a few different brands and this one by far is best picture and color. The size is very nice and looks bigger than it is because the very small frame. The refresh rate is a little slow but won't really notice. Overall wonderful buy. Con: hard as **** to get out of the box. :)

Purchased as a gift for my elderly parents. They loved it. Easy to set up. Easy to use. And, very easy to see!

TV was delivered very fast. Setup was simple. Picture is sharp. Everything I wanted. Perfect for the mancave.

I purchased my LG 55 inch TV 02/2016. And I'm definitely glad I did. This TV has multiple options far as Netflix the NBA channel, I have Showtime on demand without having to have it in my cable pkg. The Smart Roku rocks! I love my streaming options....

The OS of this TV is the Roku, and we cannot do the web surfing using this TV. The internet connection is only through wifi, not cable. Also, OS cannot recognize the mkv format and doesn't support many of codec. However, the price is appropriate to experience the Roku.

I love the idea of my favorite streaming device/platform combined in a TV. I know Roku is making their own TVs with the smart platform being their famous Roku smart features but I was looking for a higher end TV brand. When LG came out with their version of a TV plus Roku I just couldn't resist. The price for a 1080p 55 inch TV is superb; $500. Set up is simple if you already have a Roku account and just a little bit more time if you don't. FYI, TV does not have an Ethernet port so don't buy if you don't have WiFi and aren't planning to use the Roku platform (you can still use as regular TV but there are better values out there if you don't care about the Roku features). Remote is cheap but easy to use. Wish Roku would have put their premium features from their remotes that come with their streaming boxes (headphone jack, Bluetooth) in the remote that comes with this TV. That might be my only complaint. Other than that, I'm pleased with the picture and the streaming is pretty flawless, no lag at all. Great TV and value!

I have had this tv about a month and am very happy with the product. We constantly leave it on. When we are sleeping we stream Pandora, when we are awake we are watching a movie or a show. The built in Roku is great and I like having the volume on the Roku remote. I have had two standalone Roku's with other tv's and am a huge fan, so it's nice to see it all streamlined into one product. The picture is great. The Disney Junior app on the Roku is a lifesaver since my little one loves Mickey Mouse Club House. I turn this on and I can actually get something done. I would buy this item again. I just happened to luck up and find it on sale at Best Buy. There are cheaper models with the built in Roku, but I really like LG's.

I couldn't be happier with this tv. It's a big step up from a 42in and my only complaint is I really wish this tv had the same depth of black as my plasma. Everything else so far is great Very easy to navigate menus and initial setup. I was nervous going to LG after really enjoying my Samsung, but this tv put my doubts to rest.

We bought this TV wanting an upgrade, I am very pleased with it! We had a Samsung previously, which was still a great TV, but for the price of this LG it was totally worth it. Great Picture. It was easy to set up, and even with it being a Smart TV and not having one previously it was very easy to understand and program. The best part is you do NOT have to have a Roku account to have this TV. I am very pleased with it.

Love my 55 inch LG smart TV with built in Roku. It is everything I wanted. Loved the price. Was surprised I got all I got for this price. We are so pleased with our purchase. Very easy set up. Only disadvantage I see is that you have to choose your source every time you turn it on, but hey, I can can hit one button, no problem. Love it. I am a 65 yr old woman and set it up alone. If I can do it, anyone can for sure.

I couldn't believe the price this television goes for. Great picture and sound. The Roku features are a plus. I never thought I needed a smart tv but it has replaced my blu-ray which does not have as many apps as the built in roku. Initially I was a little reserved because it refreshes at 60hz,, however I feel that it goes unnoticed. Sports and Action movies look great on it! My only issues is the lame remote control.

The combination of an LG television with the roku operating system has produced a great combination. The pre programmed settings provide a beautiful picture, and the sound is much improved over my previous vizio television. Very easy to set up and use. Was simple to connect to my wifi and seamlessly streams Netflix. For the price I'm not sure this television can be beat!

Sales rep in-store was patient & thorough & just plain nice. First time to own a 55" LG TV & am enjoying the picture, color values & the size of this TV. Delivery was prompt and attendees were courteous. Handy to have them take away old Toshiba for recycling. The set up was pretty much out of the box, plugged in and I watched shows as soon as they departed. Sale price was a good buy for me.

The picture is crisp and clear, the functions are easy to use, and my family has been happy with this tv. I love the smart tv features, We love the remote, it's nice and small, volume controls are conveniently placed on the side. It's a great tv for the money.
