Q: QuestionIs this TV wall mountableI have a Sony 52" I am replacing. The brackets are universal (from what I am told) I would love to use my existing brackets and mount this TV to my wall. So, is it wall mountable and what are the measures of the holes so I can check my brackets. In store I can not see behind the TV well enough to measure the distances.

• A:Answer Definitely. In fact, I'm using pre-existing brackets I installed for the Toshiba TV I'm replacing. LG uses universal mounting holes. Actual hole locations are not relevant, because the bracket will have multiple holes which should align with the LG. The brackets used on the SONY will simply move over to this TV and you'll find the holes to be either in the same location or easily aligned. Bolt length might be different, so dig out the original accessory package.

Q: QuestionCan the smart apps be updated?Can the firmware on the tv be updated along with the smart tv apps? Can more apps be downloaded if not included with the original app bundle?

• A:Answer From time to time, LG will update the firmware on the LG - 55 Class (54.6 Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black, Model # 55LF6100. You can always update the latest upgrades on the TV. First, make sure that you're connected to the internet, then press the HOME button on your remote control > SETTINGS > toggle over to SUPPORT and then SOFTWARE UPDATES. If you click on that and a new version of the firmware updates is available, it will automatically download. You will notice a check box for Automatic Updates. It is recommended that you check that box so that whenever new versions of the firmware are available, they will be automatically downloaded. The LG Content Store is your portal to limitless premium content and apps. This is easily accessed by pressing the HOME button on your remote and navigating to the LG Content Tile on your launcher. You will find tabs on the right-hand of the screen that give you access to all the apps. Some apps are free and some are paid, there will be a description of each app and you will be asked to confirm your selection...^IFV

Q: QuestionWhere are the connections?Where are the input/output connections exactly? I do not see a picture showing these. Are they easily accessible and changeable if the tv is mounted on the wall?

• A:Answer Regrettably, there aren't any images showing the back of this ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 55" Class (54.6" Diagonal) 1080p Smart LED TV, Model # 55LF6100. There are 2 recesses in the back of the TV where the inupt/output connections can be found. How easily accessible they are once the TV is mounted will depend on what type of mount you have. If you have a Full Motion or Articulating mount, then the connections are easily accessible. If you have a Tilting wall mount then they will be relatively easy to access and if you have a Fixed Mount then you will have a hard time accessing the connections...^IFV

Q: Question3 HDMI Inputs? All in the back? Any pictures online?Does this particular model have 3 HDMI inputs (another site stated it has 2)? Are all the HDMI inputs in the rear of the TV (I have an older plasma and the third one is in the front)? Are there any pictures of all the inputs on this model? Thank you!

Q: QuestionDoes the TV have a 3.5 mm Headphone jack?How do i connect my head phones to the TV? I have headphones which require a 3.5 mm jack input to be connected to the TV. i could not find a 3.5 mm jack on the 55LF6100. what are my options?

• A:Answer The LG - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV, Model # 55LF6100 does not have a 3.5 mm jack on it. You only option would be if you had your TV connected via the Optical Digital Output to an external receiver that has a headphone jack on it. Even if the jack is a 1/4" jack, you can get an adapter that would allow you to plug your headphone jack into and then plug the 1/4" adapter into the receiver's headphone jack...^IFV

• A:Answer Yes, the LG - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Model # 55LF6100 connects to external devices such as an external receiver, Sound Bar etc., through the Optical Digital Output on the rear of the TV. Any Sound Bar that has an Optical Digital Input (also known as a Toslink connection) can be connected to the TV. All LG Sound Bars have at least 1 Optical Digital Input on them...^IFV

• A:Answer The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV, Model # 55LF6100 does not come with the stand legs attached. They are included accessories that come with the TV and if you decide you would rater wall mount the TV, you don't have to attach the legs. If you are going to put the TV on a TV Stand, then you would have to attach the legs but if you decide later on that you want to wall mount the TV, you can easily remove the stand legs...^IFV
