“Instead of the legs can u mount a swivel stand to the tv. I like to sit in different areas in my tv room so I like to swivel the tv and don't want the legs to scratch my tv stand if I constantly move.”

No - the legs are stable and no way to attach anything else due to the angle of the screw-hols. Quality of this brand is very poor and would stay away unless you already purchased. If so I hope your TV was better than mine
