QuestionIt states that it has a web browser in the description so why does someone answer back that it does not?

- Answer It does NOT have a web browser. I just bought this 3 days ago. It had the basic preinstalled apps. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and a couple others. I called LG to get a walk through of how I get the web browser and other apps. They said they sent out the Tvs and forgot to add the web browser and other lg content apps to it. The technicians are working on it. It does have a LG content store BUT it is lacking a bunch of apps. They said they will update as soon as they can. That is unacceptable to me. I bought a smart tv to be smart not to have to wait for an update. I was told by LG and Best buy that it had a web browser. I returned this model and got the LF6100 instead. I am not waiting for an update.

QuestionHow do you get to the so called Web browser on this tv?? I can't figure it out.

- Answer The TV does support having a we browser, however some units were shipped without all the applications (Web browser, other LG Apps) that were meant to be included with the TV. LG is working to correct this, and you should be able to find additional information from the LG website, by using your TV model#, and search for support or updates.

QuestionWhat size are the speakers and what is meant by "Virtual surround plus"? Sorry, not very savvy about these things.

- Answer The speakers necessary don't have a size, but they do have watts! On this model there's two 10 watt speakers on the back. What it means by Virtual Surround Plus is that if booms, and bangs are happening on the left side of the screen the sound will come out of the left speaker.

- Answer That would be a tight fit, but I think it would work. The legs are spread far apart, though. You need at least a 50" long ledge
