“It states that it has a web browser in the description so why does someone answer back that it does not?”

It does NOT have a web browser. I just bought this 3 days ago. It had the basic preinstalled apps. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and a couple others. I called LG to get a walk through of how I get the web browser and other apps. They said they sent out the Tvs and forgot to add the web browser and other lg content apps to it. The technicians are working on it. It does have a LG content store BUT it is lacking a bunch of apps. They said they will update as soon as they can. That is unacceptable to me. I bought a smart tv to be smart not to have to wait for an update. I was told by LG and Best buy that it had a web browser. I returned this model and got the LF6100 instead. I am not waiting for an update.
