“How do you get to the so called Web browser on this tv?? I can't figure it out.”

• The TV does support having a we browser, however some units were shipped without all the applications (Web browser, other LG Apps) that were meant to be included with the TV. LG is working to correct this, and you should be able to find additional information from the LG website, by using your TV model#, and search for support or updates.

• This model does not have a web browser. It only has Netflix, Hulu and one other. This is not like the higher end LG TVs with WebOS. If the bestbuy people told you it did then they are incorrect
