• the TV is just under 49 wide and foot petal/stand are 45 1/2 wide they set not adjustable

• U will need 55-60 inch tv stand; no u can't adjust the side no 41 inch tv stand won't be enough for this tv

• I actually have a 52" wide stand and it just made it by a small margin. So definitely no shorter than 52" wide. No legs are not adjustable
