Yes, this set does both HDR10 and Dolby Vision.

Yes. This is one of the few 4k HDR enabled sets that can received both of the standards. One reason I got it.

Yes it does, as well as Dolby Vision. The online technical review web sites have more details. The UH9500 has a better panel than the UH8500 if you want the best possible picture, but the UH8500 does allow some pallet enhancement for non-HDR inputs (results in somewhat more vivid colors).
