“I have had a terrible time with the"magic" remote. It freezes constantly, states it is unstable. It's difficult to change modes from either the HDMI or the smart functionality, cannot go from Netflix to TV. Has anyone found this remote to be faulty?”

My remote has worked fine for almost a year and now all of a sudden it's getting the icon remote is unstable. I have tried resetting the remote and powering off the TV not sure what the issue could be.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My remote works very well. It takes a bit of getting used to as the on screen pointer will go off center from the pointing remote. Just shake the remote back and forth a few times and the pointer should realign itself to the center of the TV. You can also take the on screen pointer to to edge it favors and then move the remote a bit beyond and the back to get the onscreen pointer to line up.
