If it's the "support for" that's confusing you, you're not alone - I thought that was weird when I started researching. It's just an industry term for "it's capable of it." Like you might by a Nexus Smartphone that has "support for fast-charge" ... that means it's capable of fast-charge if you have the cables and converters that can do fast-charge. Here, the OLED B6 is capable of Dolby Vision if you're watching content that streams in Dolby Vision. That's all it means. *shrug.* Techies.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can confirm this does Dolby Vision. It is UHD Premium which implies it also does HDR10.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV has HDR10 and Dolby Vision. I watched a movie in Dolby Vision and in the upper right hand corner of the TV for an instant the words "Dolby Vision" flashed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This TV utilizes both Dolby Vision & HDR10 formats. I've tested these functions through the internal VUDU app (Dolby Vision) & my Xbox One S (HDR10). That's one of the main reasons I bought this TV so that it would be future proof and I wouldn't get left behind due to the HDR format war.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The B6 has Dolby Vision Version 0.9.0. This TV does NOT have 3D as a heads up for anyone else.
