• You do not need an additional Roku to stream Netflix, Hulu or Amazon. They are supported by built-in apps on the TV. I believe some built-in apps (Netflix, Amazon and YouTube) can stream some UHD content without the need for new hardware. There is no HBO built-in app.

• This TV is a smart TV and has many apps pre-installed such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. For these three services you don't need any additional streaming box.

• No. The smart TV has both and will play UHD (4k HDR/Dolby Vision) content from both. The apps are a little buggy though.
