“I got the OLED55B6P a little over a month ago and the jitter/skipping in the picture is pretty bad. Bad enough that it starting to drive me nuts the more I try and watch it. Is there anything I can do about it? Get it Fixed / Exchanged / Warranty / Sell .”

Make sure the 'True Motion' is set to off. This will fix the judder/skipping issue. You will need to do this for each picture mode. Don't know why LG doesn't just set True Motion to off from the factory as it causes problems when it is on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I saw juttering when my Sony receiver was upscaling the video to 4k. I shut this feature off of the receiver and the juttering went away. You can also try adjusting the TruMotion settings, but I set mine to zero.
