Who did you contact, LG or Direct TV ?

Please try again later.I could not find the exact model name for the Comcast Cable Box I had so I just used the Comcast universal remote for the general functionality and use the smart remote for the smart tv functions. If you have the exact model of your tv receiver though it is very intuitive to setup with the smart remote.
