I used ones I already had that are at least 5 years old, and they work fine. If you intend to us the HDMI 2.1 feature, you may need a newer cord. I would check recommendations at CNET

Please try again later. The recommended HDMI cables for the LG B9 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55B9PUA or for any 4K UHD TV an Ultra High-Speed HDMI®/TM cable of 3m (9.84 feet) or less. It should be a certified cable with the HDMI logo attached. The new faster frame rates like 4K/120 fps and 8K/60p will require new HDMI 2.1 cables...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Any inexpensive HDMI cable should do. It should be a high speed cable with bandwidth of 18Gbps. Don’t waste your money on an expensive cable especially on one 15 ft or less in length. HDMI cables are digital and they will either work or they won’t. If you already have a cable I would try that first.
