- Answer The Hulu app is a preinstalled app on the LG CX 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55CXPUA so you can upgrade to Hulu with Live TV by subscribing to it through your Hulu account. HBO Max is not currently available. However, we are continually working to add the latest streaming applications, such as HBO, but cannot provide a concrete timeline right now. Meanwhile, you can binge some of the most-talked-about HBO favorites on the Hulu app and access additional shows, movies, and HBO Max Originals on the HBO Max app with their HBO Max Add-on which is available on Hulu-billed and Roku-billed subscribers. Hulu also offers HBO only on Hulu. This add-on does not include access to the HBO Max app. You can also access much of the HBO content through the Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or Apple TV+ apps that are available on our platform...^IFV UPDATE: HBO Max is now available in the LG Content Store and is accessible to TVs with a webOS4.0/4.5/5.0/6.0. ^Daphane

- Answer You will have to review the specifications for the mount that you intend to use with the LG CX 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55CXPUA to determine if it will allow you to place an outlet for the TV where you intend to mount the TV. You can probably get an installation guide online for the mount that you intend to use from its manufacturer to look at CAD Drawings for it which will have the dimensions so you can determine where to place the outlet. The recommended LG EZ Slim Wall Mount for 2019 LG OLED, NanoCell and UHD TVs is a Full Motion Mount that can be used to mount the TV and will let you place the outlet where you prefer. QuestionI have two questions. (1) Is something from Magnolia included with this TV? It pops up when I select this TV (2) which wireless speakers work with this TV. I would like 2 for inside and 2 for outside if available. Thank you

Regrettably, we are not clear on your inquiry about if something from the Magnolia store in included with the LG CX 65 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65CXPUA and will need some clarification. The TV does have a 'Home/Store' mode that you can swith to Home mode if it is in Store mode. Store Mode is only when the TV will be displayed in store. The Store Mode provide settings optimized for store display. Click on the Settings (Gear icon) > Advanced Settings (three vertical dots) > Additional Settings > Home/Store Mode. The Bluetooth Surround Ready feature allows you to connect up to two speakers, including LG XBoom Speakers, for a true surround sound experience The available speakers are the LG PK7/7W/5/5W, PL7/5, RL3, RM2, RN9/7/5, ON9/7/5...^IFV

QuestionSpecifications note that 55" is the group size, not the diagonal measurement, yet it is 54.9" . Also, I currently have a 50" Sony tv, approx. 12 years old wall mounted with extension and directional capabilities can an LG fit?

- Answer Cinnamon and Slu HDMI cables are specifically made by AudioQuest and you would need to consult with the Best Buy Sales Associates in the Magnolia store through which they are sold or contact AudioQuest for advice on which cable is best suited for needs with the LG CX 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55CXPUA. Any HDMI Ultra High Speed HDMI®/™ cable certified cable with the HDMI logo on it is guaranteed to give you the best picture for HDMI 2.1. Your current cables will work with the HDMI 2.1ports on the TV and there currently aren't any HDMI 2.1 sources available yet. However, down the road we might see higher frame rate TVs, and we're already starting to see higher resolutions, like 8K TVs and maybe we'll even see 10K TVs. This is predominantly what HDMI 2.1 is for. You can look for an HDMI 2.1 cable to send native 120FPS material to the TV or 8K TVs 60fps material when it becomes available...^IFV

QuestionWhat 55-60" tv will provide the best sound-speech clarity. Have a 9yr old Sony with very poor speech clarity-- have tried several sound bars with no improvement.

QuestionHas anyone had a problem with the TV turning off on its own intermittently? Had the TV for a days, It was happening when the installers hooked it up. Next day it didn't happen at all. Now it seems to randomly turn off a few times.

It does have RS-232C Phone Jack Type port in the back that you can connect to a PC or an A/V control system for an External Control Device Setup using a phone-jack to RS-232 cable...^IFV
